Dear colleagues and friends,
I hope you are enjoying the summer time!
In this edition of our newsletter we provide an opportunity to learn more about AI based tools for drug discovery in our webinar, how to benefit from AI-based tools faster with the help of our experts, and finally we update the more tech savvy reader with refreshed documentation for our drug discovery acceleration platform CHEESE.
In our recent LinkedIn post we provided you with a glimpse into molecular DBs from several vendors of chemicals that by way of visualisation helps to answer questions about molecular spaces like "How diverse are these chemical spaces?" "Are their chemotypes evenly spread?" Chemically speaking: "Where are the clusters and what is the blank space in between?" These deep insight are possible thanks to our tool CHEESE Explorer that is coming live and available to all as we are making this tool part of our drug discovery tools platform CHEESE.
We would like to invite you to a webinar where you can learn about how you can benefit from this application of AI (and not only with this one). We will discuss how the molecular space is efficiently represented, what metrics it is possible to develop to enable many interesting use cases for drug discovery research.
The CHEESE Explorer tool contains databases from all relevant vendors and we plan on deep dives with some of them in follow up webinars.
Book your calendars for August 13 (Tuesday) at 4pm CET (10am ET) and register for the event here:
It may often feel daunting to navigate the AI space on your own even with tools that are available in the field.
How can you tell whether you do the right thing?
To help you to benefit from the AI-based tools in drug discovery and apply them in the right way we now offer our expert services that derive from our drug discovery AI platform (but are not limited to it) and from our experience with our customers and partner research institutions. You leave all the heavy lifting to our team in a controlled manner through a close collaboration with us.
We mentioned in our previous newsletter a case study where AI tools were used to dramatically accelerate a phase of drug discovery. It was exactly the combination of our platform CHEESE and the close collaboration of the partner team at BridGene Biosciences, Inc. with our experts that delivered very valued results.
You can read more about how we help you benefit from advanced AI applications also in your project on our dedicated webpage:
As the CHEESE Platform for pre-clinical drug discovery grows in functionality through our close collaboration with customers and partners, we also keep our technical documentation advancing.
The notable extensions to the platform are new functions and their parameters in the API, the Command Line Interface (CLI), advanced ability to index your private databases for all the use cases connected with molecular similarity search, custom predictive models, and more.
